Jasmine Malki is the Head of People and Development at Grattan Institute. Jasmine supports our people to make their best contribution at work. She does this through deep listening, coaching, facilitation, human-centred design, and by nurturing trusted relationships.
Previously, Jasmine spent most of her career working with leadership teams in professional services and healthcare, improving organisational performance through a focus on people and their experience at work.
Jasmine has a Bachelor of Law and Economics from the University of Western Australia. She practised employment law before focusing her career on people, learning, and organisational development. She is accredited in MBTI and Hogan Leadership Profiling, and is a Certified Coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
