Surveys

Occasionally, we may provide you the opportunity to take part in research surveys through our site. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. We use survey results to further improve our work, this website and its content as well as to enhance our communications with you.

Job Applications

We will not share with other organisations any personally identifiable information you provide through a job application unless the job ad specifically discloses that we will do so.

Newsletters and Products

If you subscribe to our electronic newsletters, we will use your e-mail address to send the requested materials. Your data is processed using MailChimp according to their privacy policy to send you email updates.

If you no longer wish to receive electronic newsletters and/or promotional communications, you may opt out of receiving them by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email, or by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Personally identifiable information

We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties, except where that information is required to fulfil a service that you have requested, such as delivering an email newsletter. In the case of external events, we may share your contact information with presenters and/or venues for ticketing purposes.
