Simone is the Head of People and Development at Grattan Institute. She has over 15 years of professional experience in operations and governance roles, relationship management, and learning and development. She has recently moved from classroom pedagogy to focus on human resourcing, coaching, and strategic planning.
With a career focus on people building, Simone started her professional career as a primary school teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Education and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability & Climate Policy.
