Health Program Director, Stephen Duckett gave a presentation at the Australian Institute of Company Directors Health Directors’ Breakfast on 8 February 2017 based on the review of hospital safety and quality assurance in Victoria, Targeting Zero.
The review was commissioned by the Minister for Health following the discovery of a cluster of potentially avoidable perinatal deaths at Djerriwarrh Health Services.
